Summary: We had a heavenly week at this house. We asked for the pool heating and it was perfect. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with teens. We all had plenty of room to ourselves. The beds were very confortable and well appointed bathrooms. We really enjoyed the neighborhood - quiet and friendly. Very convenient having a Fry’s nearby for groceries.

Summary: We found this house the perfect spot for winter getaway. The layout allows for private bedroom/bath areas. The neighborhood has great walking paths and a number of playgrounds. There are several tables inside and outside for meals, games, visiting. The backyard is beautiful with pool, hottub, grassy area, comfy seating areas. The house is close to Frontier Park which has 24 pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a new water park that will open in May, and more. Many golf courses are nearby and restaurants and groceries are minutes away. Kevin was great to work with; answering our question quickly. We would stay here again, for sure!

Summary: Tv in small bedroom would not connect to internet. Propane tanks were empty. No wood for fire pit. Tried to add extra days and have pool heated but no response from property owner. House was beautiful And for our family perfectly

Summary: Family of four stayed, two adults and two teenagers. The house was just as advertised. The backyard is a great set up and we spent our mornings and nights enjoying being outside. Will definitely book the same house when we travel back out to Phoenix again!
